Description

Come and explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths in these super fun interactive workshops for 8 – 12 year olds. We cover a huge range of science-y topics through hands on creating and experimenting. Why do planes fly? How long would it take a cat to fall from a plane, and will it be okay? What even ARE bubbles and how can we make them better? Can I turn my sister into a drum kit? If you have a question, even better! Bring it along and we will figure out the answers, together. It's free to attend, but if you would like to support us look for the donation boxes at our events. Your donation goes towards more fun, free, and educational events in the future. You are encouraged to enjoy the fun with your child. Adults do not need to book a ticket.Gloucestershire Libraries are committed to creating an inclusive community and are working towards a place where everyone feels welcome, safe and valued for who they are.
