Are you over 60 with fond memories relating to food and cooking? We invite you to a workshop where you can share your favourite family or cultural recipe and the stories behind them.Hosted by artist Tom Cross who will lead an engaging and creative session aimed at capturing recipes through meaningful conversations. Share cherished recipes, hear other's stories and help contribute to a wonderful intergenerational reminiscence recipe book initiative including an exhibition. Some recipes will be recreated in the community.Activities are inclusive and dementia friendly.Refreshments will be includedBooking is essential.
