Age-related bus pass requests can be made at all libraries. 

Please contact the library directly before travelling to make a bus pass request. Visit individual library pages for contact information below.

Online applications are available via the self-service portal at gcc.smartcitizen.net/public

Please note: All bus pass requests now require proof of ID and the replacement card fee is £10. For more information visit gloucestershire.gov.uk/transport or contact your local library.

Disclosure and barring services (DBS) checks under the Homes for Ukraine scheme are still available for the following Libraries: Cheltenham, Stroud, Cirencester, Stow, Coleford, Tewkesbury and Gloucester.
