Winchcombe Library will be closed from 2-5:30 pm on Tuesday 18th February due to staff shortages. It will also close from 10.00 am until 2.00 pm on Tuesday 25th February and from 10.00 until 2.00 pm on Wednesday 12th March due to staff training.
