Calling all LGBTQ Artists!

In celebration of Pride Month this June, we're thrilled to invite talented LGBTQ artists to lead creative workshops in a selection of our libraries across the county. We're seeking dynamic and interdisciplinary artists to collaborate with members of the public in producing artwork that vividly captures the essence of love, queerness, self-expression, identity, and the unique experiences of the LGBTQ community.

What We Are Looking For

  • Passionate LGBTQ artists from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
  • Artists who can guide participants in creating artwork representing one of the colours of the LGBTQ flag (see further details below).
  • Enthusiastic individuals eager to share their creativity and foster a sense of community through artistic expression.
  • This workshop will be for people of all ages and backgrounds to make the workshop accessible to all. Please consider this when applying and submitting your idea.
