Description
Calling all young inventors! Join us at Stroud Lab for a hands on creative session where cardboard becomes your canvas. Using recycled off-cuts and special cardboard tools, you'll design and build your own fun, practical or wildly imaginative cardboard creations. From robots to rocket ships, anything is possible when engineering meets imagination! All tools and materials will be provided. You are also welcome to bring your own. You will have a friendly Lab Technician on hand for support.
To cover costs of materials we ask for a £3 cash donation on the day of the event. Please note, spaces are limited so please book to confirm your place. If you cannot attend the event, please cancel your reservation so that someone else may attend.
Suitable for people aged 7 - 14. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Gloucestershire Libraries are committed to creating an inclusive community and are working towards a place where everyone feels welcome, safe and valued for who they are. Our events are for everyone: We welcome you whatever your socio-economic background, ability, gender, gender identity, race, ethnicity, age, religious beliefs or sexual orientation.
