Clay Session with Mindful Clay Club

Join Mindful Clay Club for a series of relaxed ceramics sessions at Longlevens Library.  Whether you're new to clay or have previous experience, this series of four workshops offers a welcoming space to unwind and try something new.  A fifth social wrap-up session will be held for you to collect your final finished piece.  All ages welcome; children must be accompanied by an adult.

Session Dates

Thursdays, 2-hour sessions:

• -15th January
• -29th January
• -12th February
• -26th February
• Wrap-up collection session: 12th March

What to expect:

• -A gentle, guided exploration of clay at your own pace--create a project or simply experiment
• -Continue developing your project across four sessions, ending with a glazed and fired piece
• -Join at any time; attendance at the first session is not required
• -All supplies provided, no experience necessary
• -Stay for the full two hours or leave whenever you need to 

Booking Information

These sessions are free and no booking ahead is required, however space is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Led by Jonathan Walker, Mindful Clay Club brings high-quality, accessible workshops to community hubs across Gloucester.  Rooted in the belief that working with clay supports wellbeing and connection, the programme offers this tactile, grounding, expressive medium to people of all ages and backgrounds.
