Join us for gentle yoga sessions designed for every body. These relaxed classes offer a warm space--surrounded by books!--to stretch, breathe, and unwind. All skill levels and abilities are warmly invited to take part. If you've ever wondered if you could benefit from yoga, these free sessions are the perfect time to try it out! All ages welcome.
Sessions are designed to be fully inclusive. Variations will be offered throughout, including chair‑based yoga for anyone who prefers seated movement.

What to Expect
- -A friendly, accessible introduction to yoga
- -A judgement‑free space—move at your own pace and explore variations that feel good to you
- -No equipment or previous yoga experience required (mats and chairs provided)
- -Comfortable clothing is recommended but not required
Booking Information
Sessions are free, but booking is recommended as space is limited. If your plans change, please cancel your ticket so someone else on the waiting list can take part.
About the Instructor
Cerian Smith knows from experience the transformative effects of yoga on mental health, which inspired her desire to teach yoga to others. In addition to teaching, Cerian is practising as a trainee in Yoga Therapy, and offers group and private classes through Floating Lotus Yoga.
